It’s been a busy week here at Coriander Stained Glass. The Victorian Stained Glass pieces we wrote about earlier in the week have had the finishing touches added.
Our signwriters Brushstrokes have finished this toplight off by copying the original style for this road in Wimbledon, South London.

We’ve also been working on another project involving more of the stunning hand painted glass gems. Here you can see our glass painter is mixing paint to colour some of the clear, round multi~facetted gems.

The gems having been coloured and kilned are ready to become part of a lead light for some sash windows in a Victorian house in Balham, South West London.

A constructed panel using the coloured gems, to be finished this stained glass lead light just has to be cemented which is the sealing process and the lead polished black. This is one of a set of panels that we will be fitting next week.
